Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You must also meet the age and eligibility requirements of each platform you connect.
2. Your content
You are solely responsible for the videos, captions and other content you submit, and you confirm you own it or have all rights needed to publish it. We do not review or edit your content and we publish only what you explicitly submit.
3. Platform terms
F3mida Studio works with third-party platforms. You must comply with each platform's terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, Google/YouTube Terms of Service and Meta's Terms. By publishing to TikTok you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation. Platforms may limit or remove content or accounts independently of us.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive or abusive content, spam, malware, or to bypass platform limits or security. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
5. Account termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or harm the service or other users.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It is a beta product; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every post will be delivered, as delivery depends on third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, F3mida Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, or for actions taken by third-party platforms, arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date; continued use means you accept them.
